Cruise host - Korean speaking team

Oy Tumlare Corporation Ab and Tallink Silja Oy are looking for committed customer service professionals to our vessels for the upcoming summer period 2018.

We are looking for native (level) Korean speaking hosts to our vessels Silja Serenade and Silja Symphony (Helsinki - Stockholm) for the upcoming summer period from 1st of June 2018 to 30th of September 2018. The working period is fix-term and because of seasonal timing unfortunately inflexible. 

Duties include representing Tallink Silja, sharing knowledge of our company and it's services, support positive Tallink Silja's image, increase onboard sales, preparation for check-in & check-in for groups at the terminal, taking care of clients on board, making texts and translations on ships' and terminals' requests and reporting to International sales department.

 The hosts work approximately eight days in a row on board the ship and then have eight days off.
